How we handle your inquiry.

What we collect

If you request a quote, we receive the company and contact details you provide, along with facility type and location, approximate size, cleaning needs, preferred timing, and any notes. The form may also record campaign information in a link you used to reach us. Please do not send door or alarm codes, confidential tenant details, or sensitive health information.

How we use it

We use your details to review the request, reply to you, discuss a possible walkthrough or proposal, and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not book an appointment or create a service agreement.

Who helps us handle it

The website is hosted through Cloudflare, which also helps us check for automated form abuse. Resend sends the form notification and email acknowledgment. The inquiry is delivered to a Microsoft Outlook mailbox used by Jonathan and one other authorized team member. We do not use the quote form to add you to a marketing list.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics 4 can measure visits and actions such as starting or submitting the quote form. Analytics is off until you allow it, and you can change your choice through “Analytics choices” in the footer. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or form notes to analytics. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage.

How long we keep inquiries

We plan to keep inquiry emails that do not become customer jobs for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them. Records connected to an accepted job may need a different retention period and will be handled separately. Resend also keeps sending data for a limited period under its own service settings.
