Questions & answers
A few things to know before we visit.
These answers reflect what the owner has shared so far. If your facility has an unusual schedule or cleaning need, talk with us before assuming it is included.
Good to know
Ask the practical questions.
A walkthrough is where we can discuss the building, tasks, frequency, and products in detail. You can also call, text, or email Jonathan with a question.
Where does Reyes Cleaning Company currently work?
We are based in Norristown and currently serve businesses in Norristown and Conshohocken. If your facility is nearby, call us and we can discuss whether a visit is possible.
Can you clean after our business closes?
Yes. After-closing overnight cleaning is typical. Weekend daytime work can also be discussed when the business is closed. We confirm the exact schedule for each facility; this is not an emergency-service promise.
Can cleaning be arranged on weekends?
Yes. Weekend service can be discussed, including daytime work when a business is closed. We will confirm the schedule for your facility before work begins.
Will you visit before giving a price?
Yes. The owner’s quoting process calls for an onsite walkthrough before pricing. The quote depends on the size of the space and the tasks requested.
Can we discuss a recurring cleaning plan?
Yes. We can discuss daily, every-two-weeks, or custom plans. Tell us the frequency you have in mind, and we can review it during the walkthrough.
Who provides cleaning products and supplies?
That depends on the contract. The team and customer should agree on equipment, products, and restocking responsibilities before work begins.
Can I speak with someone in English or Spanish?
Yes. We can speak with customers in English or Spanish from the first conversation through follow-up.
Is sending a walkthrough request a confirmed appointment?
No. A requested time is a preference, not a booked appointment or service agreement. Jonathan will contact you to discuss the request and arrange a visit if it is a fit.
